A: When contract is signed and deposit paid

Q: What happens if I have a problem whilst living in the property
A: We employ a full time maintenance person and having a local office means someone is always available 
during normal office hours including Saturdays.

A: Yes a deposit is due at the time the contract is signed.

Monday - Friday  10am - 3.30pm. Available for viewings from 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
